ABOUT “LEFT AGAINST MY RIGHT”

Emerging singer-songwriter, Kendell, released her new single, “Left Against My Right,” on October 1, 2026. Blending elements of Americana, rock and folk, the track explores the internal battles that pull us in opposing directions—mind against heart, darkness against light, left against my right.

“Left Against My Right” begins in a place of frustration and struggle, wanting the force pulling her backward to simply leave her alone. As the song builds, that struggle transforms into resolve. By the end, she is no longer asking to be left alone—she is choosing to leave the “left” behind and move forward.
